Those individuals who think negative have situations each time. They at all times think and view the bad in life that’s why they consistently have complications. The positive thinkers, conversely, normally observe the good stuff in life. It is stated that positive thinking is a mental attitude which sees the most effective situation even in the worst moments. In any given situation, positive thinking consistently expects the best probable outcome. Even if they are in trouble or even at worst situation, those who think positive may effortlessly solve the difficulties. Additionally, there are various terms of positive thinking dependant upon the researcher, yet there are terms defined in explanatory style, based on a person’s life. For the characteristic of a person there are various ways to assess positive thinking, like life orientation, it’s concerning the original explanatory of positive thinking, or the Attributional Style questionnaire which test the positive thinking by informative style. Also there is heritability in positive thinking, with some researchers agreeing that it is biological trait but others think that it's influenced by environmental factors. Some suggest that positive thinking is hereditary trait as it has combined traits like cleverness, alcoholism and temperament. Positive thinking has a connection with health. It is stated by the scientists which psychological constructs and health has a link in positive thinking. It’s between 5-10% of likelihood of expanding some health circumstances just like stroke, depression, cardiovascular disease and cancer that’s why positive thinking assists it lessen to happen. Positive thinking also helps a healthier life style that stops illnesses from happening. For example, positive thinkers are physically active, they smoke less, eat fruits and vegetables, and most of all, drink moderate amount of liquor. They lead a clean living and happy life. Health and positive thinking are studied to assist those individuals that suffer from asthma, arthritis and fibromyalgia from bringing down the side effects of their situation. With all of these illnesses, positive thinking is needed as a coping technique to lessen pain, even if the two groups have its distinctions. When a positive thinker faces a specific trouble, it lessens the issue compared to a negative thinker. Other explanation is that positive thinking’s coping style is to face the difficulties head-on and constructive steps to correct the situation, yet negative thinking usually doesn't have efforts to solve the trouble. In short, those who think positive are less likely to possess illnesses or develop illnesses in time. But there've been no demonstration to alter a person’s level of positive thinking. Positive thinking is good for you so why think negative when you may think positive to get a better living. It is making things better in life once you think positively and lessen your complications. Health and positive thinking is a sure combination to help you feel better and at the same time live life to the fullest.
